🛑 Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. This includes changes to products, shipping addresses, or discount codes. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.
⚠️ Fraud Prevention Policy
To protect our customers, orders flagged as high risk may be canceled or require identity verification. Minked Mills reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activity.

📦 2. Shipping, Processing & Handling
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Sale items may take 7–10 business days due to high volume. Processing does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Fee:
Flat rate: $10 per order — regardless of weight or location.
Carrier & Method:
Orders ship via USPS Priority in the order received.

If a package is returned due to incorrect info, customer must cover reshipping costs

📬 Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of fulfillment.
Orders placed after 2 PM PST on Friday may update by the following Monday.
🔁 3. Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Minked Mills beauty products! However, due to the nature of our products, as well as hygiene and health standards, all sales are final unless your item is defective:
Exchange Policy (Hair Only)
If eligible, exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:

Hair must be in original condition: unwrapped, uncombed, unworn, and unaltered.

Hair seal must remain intact.
⚠️ Used or altered hair is not eligible for exchange.
Defective Products
If your order arrives defective, please contact us within 72 hours to qualify for a replacement or refund.
We will cover return shipping only in cases of product defects.
All other return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are processed within 1–5 business days of receipt.
Refunds for defective items may take an additional 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders
All international sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
