1. Shipping, Processing, & Handling Policy

All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing, shipping, and delivery. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. For all sale orders, please allow 7-10 business days for shipping due to order volume. There is a flat rate $8.95 shipping fee applied to each order, regardless of weight, volume, and postal code. USPS priority shipping is available and packages will be shipped in the order that they are received.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

We offer overnight shipping on all orders placed before 2pm PST.  If you select over night, orders will be sent the same day they are received via USPS Priority Mail Express.  We are not responsible if USPS does not deliver your package on time as promised by them.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If a package is returned to Minked Mills due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS after they leave our warehouse.

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.

 2. Return/Exchange Policy

We truly hope that you are 100% satisfied with your Beauty by Minked Mills productsDue to health and sanitation safety, refunds and exchanges are up to the discretion of management. Generally, Beauty by Minked Mills Lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. In order to avoid confusion, please ensure that you choose the correct products that you wish to buy. In exception circumstances, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Beauty by Minked Mills hair seal MUST NOT be broken! The hair MUST be unwrapped, uncombed, not brushed, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange! If the hair is altered, there are no refunds or exchanges.

If a product is defective, you must notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your Beauty by Minked Mills products to be eligible for refund/exchange and paid return shipping by us. In other words, unless the product is defective on our behalf, all sales are final! NO EXCEPTIONS!

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO BEAUTY BY MINKED MILLS

After you have read the above, please email us at info@minkedmills.com. Please make sure to include your order number on the subject line for faster service. 

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

Once we have received your package, your return/exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund due to a defect, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges

 3. How to take care of your Beauty by Minked Mills Hair Extensions

PRE-INSTALL

We strongly recommend for all products to be co-washed before your install. Co-washing is a method to wash hair without using shampoo and only washing with conditioner. When co-washing your hair, you should use a moisturizing conditioner to wash the hair. Rinse the hair with cold water. Let the hair air dry and then install.

BODY WAVE, DEEP WAVE, & CURLY HAIR

Curly hair is a little more to maintain than the other textures. For body wave, deep wave, and curly hair, we recommend using a leave in conditioner. Remember the more heat that you use, the harder it is for the hair to retract back to its natural curl and wave pattern. For curly and wavy hair, we recommend to let it air dry instead of blow drying, to reduce risk of damaging curl pattern.

DAILY MAINTENANCE

It's very important to use a wide tooth or paddle back brush using gentle strokes, when washing and or styling the hair. Small tooth and retail combs can snag the hair which can cause unwanted shedding.

 Before going to bed, gently brush hair to remove all tangles. If wavy or curly hair, braid your hair into a couple of big braids, wrap your hair, or tie your hair into a ponytail or bun. Sleeping in a silk/satin scarf and/or bonnet is highly recommended.

 4. What is 100% Virgin Hair?


“Virgin” meaning guaranteed to be unprocessed, free of any hair color or chemicals; retaining all cuticles in its original healthy state. Caring for Virgin Hair is no different from caring for your natural hair. Our Virgin Hair is the closest you will find to your natural hair.
 All Beauty by Minked Mills hair extensions are 100% Virgin Hair from a single donor, and has not been chemically altered or processed, which means that they can be colored, flat ironed, and curled.

 5. How long does this hair last?

The longevity of your product depends upon how well you take care of your extensions. Treat it like your own hair and take good care of it and it will last longer. With good and proper care, our virgin extensions can be reused and reinstalled and last for up to one year or longer.

 6. Can I color my Beauty by Minked Mills hair extensions?

Yes, our hair is %100 unprocessed virgin hair and can be colored and dyed!

 7. How many bundles will I need for a full sew in?

For inches 14-20, we suggest 2-3 bundles. For inches 20-26, we suggest 3-4 bundles. For inches 28 and up, we suggest 4-5 bundles. It is all up to the discretion of the customer how many bundles to use. Generally, 3 bundles are standard. Keep in mind the longer the length, the thinner the bundle, that is why number of bundles for use vary.
